 under glass Houston, TX The heat is abating and the time has changed. Driving into the sun on the way to and from work, getting home just before the light falls. I love this time of year to be sure, but for someone who prefers to spend the daylight hours exposing film, I can't help but feel confined by the shorter windows of opportunity. A trade-off between temps and time, I'll switch to bulb and grab a tripod. - From the bell of the self-tooting horn, I'm seriously humbled and honored to place second in the Holgapalooza Portrait category. They're keeping the images under wraps until the 16th issue of Light Leaks next January and I figure I'll play along. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and pick up the current Pinhole issue, #15. One of my Summer Respite pinhole images made it in so I'm biased, but you're sure to see some excellent photography throughout. | |
